Whitechurch National School admits children between the age of 4 and 12 years. It was founded in 1823 and continued to operate until 1969 when it faced closure due to dwindling numbers. With the advent of housing developments in the late 1970's the school reopened in July 1979 and moved to its current premises in December 1989.Mission Statement
